Djibouti-(Berberanews)-Ismail Omer Guelleh, Djibout’s incumbent president has won the Fourth term in a presidential election that was held on April 8 2016. According to Inerior minister statetement Mr Guelleh has got 68.68 percent of the voters.
But the opposition parties denounces the result, and described not fair elections.
“The people of Djibouti have again entrusted me with the state’s highest office,” Mr Guelleh, said in a speech. Mr Guelleh,came to power since 1999.
