Let the vote be the arbiter and the verdict of who wins and who loses

Berberanews-With out The existence of an opposition, politics ceases and dictatorial administrations take over. Therefore political parties and not hoodlums and functionaries are indispensable to the functioning of democratic political systems

Genuine political opposition parties and responsible Media are not monsters the government to be afraid of! Shaky and shameless administrations are scared of the opposition parties and media for they are not sure of themselves and because of the wrongs they do! They see them as threat, but they are not,” they are necessary attributes of democracy, tolerance, and trust in the ability of citizens to resolve differences by peaceful means”

Let us not stampede the process of democracy! Let us not stand its way to prosper and develop. Let us not allow the small minds to create conflicts.
The judiciary must not follow the “Goorti and the legislatures who abandoned their duties and chose to be the cabals and functionaries of the executive! Let the targeted parties be given their rights to run for the Municipal elections should that happen at all.

I think elections may never happen! a) Siilanyo administration is not ready and does not want it to happen according to his political strategy in which political entrenchment is part of that exercise b) the international community may never participate this fraud in financial contribution. c) The people may not take injustice any more and the rest of it.

Any moral responsible government must not twist the judiciary in their favour
Corrupted governments with dictatorial tendencies hate the independent and moral opposition parties and media communities and therefore use corrupted judges to silence them. A case in point is the exclusion of the serious parties with populous bases to exercise their rights to run the upcoming (if at all it comes to fruition) Municipal elections.

The Commission, run and manipulated by the Siilanyo government declared targeted parties have failed with out any vote taken place! They argued that they counted heads (of people) in buses moved from one region to another with the same heads in them!!
In a democracy, contending parts win or loose by vote not by government engineered fraud of (same) head counted in as many places as possible

An effective and responsible Opposition and Media are essential for the success of our democracy. Since the Executive branch has a major influence on whether the Opposition and the Media can play their proper rolls in the system, it is important to focus on the Government’s role; access to resources and information is critical to strengthening the capability of the Opposition and the Media and therefore to their overall credibility.

It should however be emphasized that the Opposition be enabled to hold the Executive to account and the Media to expose that in a fair, unprejudiced and balanced way. Corrupted administrations don’t want that. On the other hand the people represented by the opposition and the media don’t want the government corruption go on unexposed.

Guided by reason and intuition, and drawing on new insights as well as from our past experience, objective thinking is uniquely required in this time and age in our government. Siilanyo’s administration did not exhibit that endeavor. It showed the ugly side of things regarding the government abuses of power to silence the free press and to deny certain political parties from targeted communities their rights to participate the electoral system!

Most people believe and the law supports that believe pertaining the importance of real political parties and responsible Media to check the government misdeeds, and show where they are right as well. The people need that service to be provided in a balanced and with out prejudice.

Siilanyo’s out-of-hand policies in which many instances people wonder who is running the government are stampeding that virtue and already misused the judiciary to scare the birth of serious political parties with serious bases like the seven political parties Siilanyo’s men are denying their constitutional rights to contend the Municipal elections if and when that (itself) materializes.

Somaliland watch Group showed their concern of the De-democratization steps undertaken by Siilanyo functionaries. The international community is as well watching and laughing at the notion that some parties won and others lost with out a vote!! More over the parties the government targeted are the very ones with populous bases. The problem is that the government of Mr., Siilanyo is afraid of them. That was their sin! How can the Siilanyo administration then expect the international community to fund this joke?

Mr. President, let all the political parties exercise their rights to run for the Municipal elections. Only a popular vote can qualify a party to become the national party. Only by vote would they win or lose. Not touching same heads in different regions as the case was! Let the vote be the arbiter and the verdict of who wins and who loses and not moving heads!
