Somalia: Police have seized a house where cannabis trees were planted

Somalia-(Berberanews)-Security forces in Howlwadag district of Benadir region have seized a house where cannabis trees were planted and those involved.

The move was part of an operation last night in the Tokyo neighborhood of Howlwadag district after police received information from the public.

The commander of Howlwadaag police station Najib Abdi who spoke to the government media said that the cannabis plant is the most dangerous type of Murjawana.

“The troops have received help from the local community and this has enabled us to seize narcotics and cannabis plants that have been planted in one of the buildings in Tokyo and in the pot of drugs,” said Commander Najib Arab.

The commander thanked the people of Howlwadag district for always sharing information with the police on threats to security and the local community, for which the police are working day and night to protect them.
